DELIVERY& RETURN POLICY

Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be eligible for same day delivery.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered next day.

Some outdoor item will require a call from customer service to fix an appointment for the delivery, some items need special delivery and assembling, however the date set will not exceed 3 working days from the date of placing an order.

Delivery Charge

We charge 2.ooo KD for each delivery.

Refund and Exchange

Goods purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided that the customer submits the original receipt of the purchase, and item(s) are in unused condition and in original packing they were received. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then give the refund of the same or ship out the exchanged one. Super panda will also be willing to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from company's side, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged.

Return request can be sent online by email or by phone. If you have paid by credit card or debit card (KNET in Kuwait), and you have applied for a refund in accordance with this clause then Super Panda verifies that your returned goods are in proper condition and then process your refund. You can expect your refund to get processed within 1 week of returning your package. However, we are not responsible for how long this will take to reflect on your account as it depends on your bank.

All costumes, clothes and jewelries can be returned only within 24 hours of delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Cancellation

Your order begins processing immediately after it has been placed. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Super Panda reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical issues, they may be generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be contacted via phone/email and informed with the reason for cancellation.

Warranty

Warranty on Outdoor items are up to 15 days for manufacturing defects, in which replacement of the item or its defective parts will be provided. Any damages due to mishandling the product outside of its intended use won't be covered. Servicing after the warranty period depends upon the availability of spare parts and would be charged accordingly.

Super Panda will also be willing to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from company's side, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged.
