Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be eligible for same day delivery.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Saturday
Orders placed after 12PM on Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered next day.

Some outdoor item will require a call from customer service to fix an appointment for the delivery, some items need special delivery and assembling, however the date set will not exceed 3 working days from the date of placing an order.

Delivery Charge

We do not charge delivery fees. 

Refund and Exchange

At Super Panda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

You provide the original receipt of purchase.

The item(s) are in unused condition and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return request, you can reach out to us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once we receive your request, please allow us 24 hours (excluding Fridays) to process it.

After we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item. Please note that if you paid by credit card or KNET (in Kuwait), your refund will be processed within one week of receiving the returned goods. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank.

للبدء في طلب الإرجاع، يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو واتساب. بمجرد استلام طلبك، يرجى السماح لنا بـ 24 ساعة (باستثناء يوم الجمعة) لمعالجته.

بعد استلامنا للسلعة(ات) المعادة، سنقوم بمعالجة استردادك أو شحن السلعة البديلة. يرجى ملاحظة أنه إذا قمت بالدفع باستخدام بطاقة ائتمان أو KNET (في الكويت)، سيتم معالجة استردادك خلال أسبوع واحد من استلام السلعة المعادة. ومع ذلك، يعتمد الوقت الذي يستغرقه الاسترداد ليظهر في حسابك على البنك الخاص بك.


Cancellation

Your order begins processing immediately after it has been placed. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Super Panda reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical issues, they may be generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be contacted via phone/email and informed with the reason for cancellation.

Warranty

Warranty on Outdoor items are up to 15 days for manufacturing defects, in which replacement of the item or its defective parts will be provided. Any damages due to mishandling the product outside of its intended use won't be covered. Servicing after the warranty period depends upon the availability of spare parts and would be charged accordingly.

Super Panda will also be willing to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from company's side, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged.
